Vodafone announced on Friday that it would introduce free unlimited access to mobile data for half a million of its Pay-Monthly customers, while upgrading contracts for the people classed as vulnerable.
Text messages will be sent to these vulnerable customers eligible for the upgrade to inform them, and those who wish to access the free offer can use the rewards scheme on the Vodafone app. It will be made available to the first 500,000 customers.
